Bacon and Butter Opens May 20!
Billy Zoellin, former chef at The Golden Bear, is excited to open Bacon and Butter on May 20th at 1119 21st Street. The new restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and brunch from 7am to 2:30pm throughout the week, with the possibility of later hours on Sunday. Zoellin has incorporated a farm to table model by attempting to use as many locally produced products as possible for his dishes. The menu will feature chorizo and egg pancakes, fried green tomato caprese, a “Billy” club sandwhich that includes roasted turkey, bacon, jalapeño ranch, tomato and lettuce on sourdough bread, as well as vegan and gluten-free options.
