Each year the Midtown Business
Association works with the districts retailers to
collectively create a promotion. This year we plan to execute an
event that captures consumer’s attention and invites them down
for a fashion filled evening in Midtown. The idea is that by
celebrating fashion, especially within our district we will help
booster sales and make shopping easy and fun.
Each summer the Midtown Business
Association celebrates Midtown’s achievements, as well as
honors the individuals that have helped develop and execute MBA’s
goals and objectives throughout the past year. In lue of
Midtown’s eclectic style, each year the event also provides
attendees with a unique look at the regions most talented
individuals.
The 2nd Annual Midtown Modern Arts Festival is scheduled to take
place on the last Saturday in September, as a kick-off to
Artober. The event will occur on 20th Street between J & K
Streets. The FREE family-friendly street-fair is a celebration of
the regions performing and visual arts. The festival will be
covering a broad spectrum of creativity including Music, Dance,
Visual Art and every medium in-between.
Midtown Cocktail
Week is a dynamic annual event that occurs each August in
Midtown Sacramento. The Midtown Business
Association is honored to showcase the districts finest
during the 5th annual Midtown Cocktail Week; a city-wide
celebration uniting local and national mixologists, fine spirits
and artisan cocktails.
The Midtown Halloween events have been a long standing tradition
in our district. The Midtown Trick-or-Treat & Pooch Parade
occur annually the Saturday prior to Halloween. Each year Midtown
Merchants brew up a bewitching good time for kiddos and pooches
of all ages and sizes. In addition to Trick-Or-Treating
throughout the district, there is a variety of FREE family
friendly activities; including pumpkin decorating, face painting,
and a magic show.
Each year from December 1-12 Midtown kicks-off the holiday season
with events and specials that are sure to fill visitors and
residents with holiday cheer. This event showcases local
businesses and organizations through festive activities that
engage the public to make Midtown apart of their holiday
traditions. Throughout the 12 days attendees can experience a
variety of events and activities including: performances by the
region’s best performing arts organizations, unique shopping and
holiday sales, holiday eats and drinks, and of course Santa!

event must take place in Midtown Sacramento (between 15th – 30th
St, B St – W St) and be open to the public. A team-member will
review your submission for consideration for posting within 72
hours.
